Linguistic characteristic of job application letter :

1. The beginning of the first word, the name of the person, the name of the company and the name of the  city are capitalized. 

2. The writing of numbers in the appendix is written using words.

3. Foreign words are written using Indonesian aquivalents.

4. Application letter using formal language. 

5. Application letter using effective sentences (subject + predicate) and standard sentences.

6. The closing section must use clear and firm words.

How write an application letter?

Writing job application letters :

• Prepare job application file : curriculum vitae, photocopy of diploma, photocopy of ID card and passport photo.
• Write an application letter according to the elements of a job application letter by taking into account the language rules.
