SUMMARY 

What should we write when applying to our dream job?

A cover letter is a letter of introduction attached to or accompanying a document.

It provides spesific and personal information about ourselves. It shows our passion and explains why we are fit for a job or a position. 

What's in the cover letter?

• A cover letter includes :
• a header (to whom you write it to and your name)
• salutation 
• an introduction abour yourself (why you write the letter)
• you background the reason why you are the perfect candidate 
• closing 

Structures of Application letter 

a) The header/opening 

This par include :

• The datail about yourself 
• Date 
• Salutation 

b) Body of the letter 

• you have introduce yourself (where have you graduate, have you worked before or not, or maybe some motivation and the reason why you interest in this part of job). Promote yourself to the employer (Explain your skills or abilities and your experience).
• you conclude the information above by stating your expectation and hope your willingness to work.

c) End the letter with 

• a sign-off (sincerely, best regards, etc)
• your signature

What is CV?

CV or Curriculum Vitae are important, in this document we can show who are we, what abilities we have. From the company will consider whether we are suitable for the position on vacancies. 

What should we write on CV?

1) Personal data (Name, address, e-mail address and phone number)

2) Last education

3) Non-formal education (English Course, Computer or something else which can help you in the job)

4) Work experience (If you fresh graduate you can write your organitation experience) 

5) Show your skills

6) Training certificate 

7) Achievement
